Customer Success Specialist (International)

Your mission:
You’ll be in charge of building sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication. You’ll communicate with clients via phone calls, video calls, emails, and live chat.
Onboarding:
- Onboard new English-speaking clients with the primary focus being the International market (regions being Europa, Asia, and Australia), following our Onboarding process.
- Enable new clients of Amelia with all the materials and knowledge they will require to get started with using the platform.
Engagement:
- Training clients on the different uses and applications of our platform.
- Advice on the uses of virtual reality in the clinical setting focused on mental health.
- Keep a constant eye on the training status of your clients, to know where they will need tailored assistance and then provide that assistance.
Support:
- Support in the creation and dissemination of academic content to improve the therapeutic skills of professionals.
- Solve customers' requests, communicating with them by email and phone.
- Control and manage subscriptions, renewals, and payment inquiries.
- Solve basic technical incidents and report them to the technical team.
- Provide basic technical assistance when on a call with a client.
You'll be a good fit if you are/have:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish both written and verbal
- Experience in Customer Success or Sales.
- Time management and organization skills.
- Problem solver with a positive attitude.
- Presentation skills, you enjoy creating and delivering presentations
- You are aligned with our values: entrepreneurship, global mindset, passion & empathy and you want to make a positive impact.
It would be nice if you have:
- Graduated in Psychology.
- Experience in SaaS companies or previously worked in start-up companies.
- Previous experience with patients or healthcare professionals.
- Have experience in hosting webinars.
