Your Mission
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Control and manage subscriptions, renewals and payment enquiries, and identify opportunities to increase accounts MRR
- Solve customers' requests, communicating with them by email and phone
- Solve basic technical incidences and report them to the technical team
You'll be a good fit if you are/have:
- 0.5 -2 years of experience in Customer Support or Sales Development
- Ability to identify opportunities for account growth
- Empathetic in dealing with customer’s needs
- Bring user experience and a good understanding of technology
- Great problem-solving capacity and know-how to proactively deal with customer needs
- Excellent communication skills in English
It’d be nice if you are/ have:
- Experience in SaaS or health sector
- Education or interest in Psychology
- Great communication skills in Spanish
